This 3 week workshops held at Goodwyns Road & West Street sites are for all parents, grandparents and carers who suffer from feelings of anxiety. The sessions are relaxed and friendly and focus on ways of maintaining and improving emotional health. One session will also look at children and anxiety and there will be practical ideas to try out each week.
