Early Days baby group

Starting Friday 25th September
10am - 11.30am

This is a weekly group for parents of babies from 0-12 months old.

We ask for a donation of £2 per week from each family to help towards the running costs of the group which is funded entirely by donations from charities and families.

Please speak to your Health Visitor or Mole Valley Family Centre outreach worker if you feel you would like a place in this group.

Places in the group will be limited due to COVID 19 restrictions so it is important that you do not turn up uninvited. We will only be able to accommodate those who have been referred to the group by a professional.

Explore through senses

This group is run by Ola at Caleidoscope and is under 5s with ASD diagnosis or waiting for one.

Come along for a session full of fun where children can explore and play using their senses, and parents have an opportunity to speak to an autism practitioner and ask for advice.

Session based on Attention Autism approach.

Due to current restrictions, there are only 8 places available - which must be prebooked.

£5 per session

Postnatal Depression Support Group

*Sessions re-starting on Tuesday 3rd November*

Sessions will be held at Goodwyns Road on Tuesday mornings from 10am-12pm and are run by Cedar House.

It provides help and support for anyone who is experiencing low moods, anxiety or postnatal depression. There will be a creche alongside this group but spaces will be limited so advance booking for the creche is essential to ensure we have enough staff available. Cedar House is a specialist charity that provides a confidential and supportive environment to help mothers and their families.

Wednesday Group

This is a Stay and Play group session held at Goodwyns Road, for families receiving outreach support. Parents are invited to come along with their pre school child to enjoy the garden and playroom at the centre, develop new friendships and recieve support from the team at the centre. 

9.30am - 10.30am

Please speak to your outreach worker if you would like to attend.

Due to COVID 19 we have had to reduce numbers in this group so we can only include those who have been invited before hand. Please do not turn up without an invitation from one of the team
