Conference/Meeting Room Hire

We have a conference/meeting room at Dorking Nursery School Children's Centre which is available for hire at a competitive price to local groups and organisations.  Equipment is available at no extra cost - facilities for powerpoint presentations, ceiling-mounted multi-media projector, TV, DVD, OHP, whiteboard, flipchart etc.  The room can be set up as required - e.g. theatre, boardroom or cabaret layout or informal easy chairs and can accommodate up to 30 people seated theatre style or 20 at tables.  Refreshments including fresh filter coffee, tea, herbal teas, water and a selection of biscuits are available on request at reasonable prices.  We can also supply a working lunch, sandwiches or a buffet, if ordered in advance.  We no longer have parking on-site, however there are several town centre public car parks within easy walking distance.

We also have a smaller meeting room availabe for hire to local groups and organisations at Dorking Rural Children's Centre. This room is suitable for meetings of up to 10 people seated boardroom style, or 15 people without tables.
