Registered Childminder Drop-in Stay & Play Sessions

Every Tuesday from 9:30am - 11:30am there is a drop-in stay & play session for all local registered childminders here at the Centre in our Under 3's room. All local childminders are welcome to attend.

The childminders provide fun and stimulating activities for the children in their care. Each session includes art and music and promotes healthy eating through a group fruit time. It also enables childminders to share best practice and support each other.

Currently at the Centre there is a notice board providing information for both parents and childminders.

This includes:

• information for parents on how to choose a childminder
• future group activities for childminders
• childminding training opportunities.

There is also a Vacancy List held at the Centre which is an ideal way for childminders to advertise their availability to new parents and carers.
